Reviews are shown day-by-day, so CSMs and hotels struggle to find negatives that need a response. Add filters for rating threshold (e.g. ≤4 stars), has-comments, and combined filters, ideally in a consolidated view — primarily Reviews, also Analytics TripAdvisor Reviews, optionally Guest Messaging/Feedback. Goal: faster response and reputation management.

Customer wants an exclusion list for room types marked PM (see client email/PDF, page 7). Room types appear under Upcoming Arrivals; PM types should not be treated like standard guest rooms for the relevant messaging/arrivals behavior.

Website / site abandonment is already shown as a solution area. Sales/product need a dedicated Cart Abandonment section for booking-engine abandonment so that product packaging matches what is sold and explained.

When hotels create new rate codes in their systems, Directful mapping drifts and needs repeated manual fixes. Provide an ongoing mapping process so new codes stay correctly mapped without recurring manual intervention.

Stonebridge (group user) wants average metrics alongside existing totals on Analytics and ROI/Revenue pages so multi-property operators can benchmark portfolio performance, not only absolute sums. ROI: add an Average row. Analytics: averages for bookings, revenue, outreach, clicks, and other major KPIs for group-level users, ideally over a selectable property subset. Needs a UI/UX design proposal for how averages appear.

The property wants two separately loaded offers tied to different automated invite messages — one offer for the 12-month automated invite, and another for the other automated invites. Today those invite paths should not share a single offer; each invite message type needs its own configured offer.

Today the drip campaign geo radius floor is 50 miles. The client needs to reach audiences within a 15–20 mile radius for tighter local targeting. They ask to reduce the minimum radius so campaigns can match that closer footprint. Client feedback with UI screenshot attached in the ticket.
